In keeping with CPW's core philosophy of providing the valued-added services to our customer's at the lowest possible price, we provide a variety of technical services to assist all types of customers with their various technical issues. We realize that each customer can have unique and critical technical challenges that must be supported by their supply partners. Therefore, we provide all of our sales personnel with technical training and information, including online and proprietary technical information that they can immediately access to answer most technical support questions. In addition to the informational tools we provide all of our sales and customer service staff, we also make our technical staff available for customers when the situation requires expert technical assistance. Our technicians frequently communicate directly with customer technical personnel to assist in troubleshooting, part number identification, bill of material (BOM) explanations, and many other technical issues.
